The August Board Meeting of the Buckeye Travel League (BTHL) is on Sunday, August 30. This is the last meeting before the Scheduling meeting, so it's very important that we have representation from all member, and interested, organizations. The meeting is being held at Sportstown Ice Center. Please call if directions are needed.

Please look over the names and provide updated names, addresses, phone # (home, work & fax) as well as e-mail addresses. For those of you that have already done this MANY THANKS. To those that haven't, please provide current names to me at either my home (834 Park Ave., Miamisburg, OH 45342), by fax (937-439-8601) or e-mail at kim.james@daytonoh.ncr.com Please do this by Wednesday August 26 so that I can have an updated list at the meeting.

Also, please copy this mailing and distribute to all the appropriate new people so that they are aware of what's happening. The League can only rely on the information you provide us. Be sure to update us as necessary throughout the season. Continue to supply coaches names for addition to the Home Page.

New Members

Any organization that has not had a team in the BTHL in the past and is interested in doing so this year MUST have a representative at the August meeting. New member organizations will be voted for acceptance into the league for this coming playing season at this meeting only.

Scheduling Meeting

The Scheduling Meeting will be held Saturday, September 19 at the Holiday Inn in Englewood, OH. Those of you that have been around as long as some of us will remember this as the location of our very first Scheduling Meeting. The September Board meeting will be held starting at 8:00 am (OH)/7:00 am (IN). The Scheduling meeting will begin around 10:00 am (OH)/9:00 am (IN). Each team is required to have at least one person at the Scheduling meeting.
