New Members

All new members for the 198 - '99 season have been voted on and accepted into the League. Any Association that is not a member of the League is invited to attend the Scheduling meeting and schedule "non-league" games with our teams.

Scheduling Meeting

The Scheduling Meeting will be held Saturday, September 19 at the Holiday Inn in Englewood, OH. The Scheduling meeting will begin around 10:00 am (OH)/9:00 am (IN). Each team is required to have at least one person at the Scheduling meeting. We understand that many organizations utilize a Master Scheduler and that person is encouraged to attend the meeting. However, in an effort to keep the meeting to a reasonable length of time, we require that an additional person attend to schedule for each team. Any member organizations that will be hosting any tournaments or special events are encouraged to bring your brochures to the meeting. There will be a registration table available and this is an excellent opportunity to get the word out about your event.

Len Holtgreven will have pre-printed forms that will have the pairings for each team. This form will be used to complete your league schedule. Teams are also encouraged to schedule non-league games, it they want. When you are finished scheduling, you will turn your form into Len, which he'll review for completeness, am vs. pm, etc. Within the next week, Len will post the schedule to the WEB. Each team is then asked to review their schedule on the WEB for accuracy.
