The January meeting of the Buckeye Travel League (BTHL) is on Monday January 10, 2000 at 7:30 p.m. (Ohio, Kentucky & Indiana). The meeting is being held at Sportstown Ice Center. This meeting was originally going to be a conference, but conduct issues have necessitated a "face-to-face" meeting. ALL member organizations are encouraged to attend and discuss this important issue

December Meeting Minutes
You will find enclosed the minutes from the December BTHL meeting. Prior to the meeting, please review. Contact one of the board members if you would like to have an item added to the agenda for the January meeting.

Scheduling Notes

• Reminders from the Scheduler…
  • ALL teams should send a stamped copy of your USA Hockey roster to Len as soon as you get them back from your associate registrar. We are past the December 31 deadline.
  • Games should be reported via the WEB page, e-mail or phone each weekend. The Standings can stay current and correct if game scores are reported in a timely manner.
  • Home teams are responsible for mailing (don't FAX unless reporting a suspension) the scoresheets to Len. Only send scoresheets from league games.
  • Game suspensions should be reported with game results. FAX a copy of the scoresheet to Len showing the suspension.
