Notes:

  1. Teams enclosed in (parentheses) are possible participants.
  2. Any team with more than six (6) "2nd-year" players is considered to be "AA". Exceptions will be made in individual cases.
  3. In an effort to minimize "extreme" ( > 3hrs ) travel distances, geographic sub-divisions will be considered in multiples of 5.
ie: With 10 teams there could potentially be 2 divisions, 15 teams could be 3 divisions, etc.
  4. League games are limited to a maximum of 24. Refer to Code of Regulations: Games. Please note that there is no limit to the number of non-league games which can be scheduled. ie: Teams are free to schedule as many (or few) "cross-division/bracket" games as desired.
  5. There must be a minimum of 4 teams to form a division. Refer to Code of Regulations: League Structure
  6. There will be either an "A" or "AA" team, not both.
  7. This Association is not currently a member of the BTHL and must be formally accepted by a vote of the membership.
  8. This would be a combined team from multiple associations.
  9. Requested permission to participate in both the "A" and "AA" divisions.
  10. Pending roster submittal.
  11. Petitioned to play "A", pending Board approval.
  12. Will join only if there is a southern division.
  13. Check received, need signed application.
  14. $50 late fee not paid.
  15. Bold print indicates CHECK RECEIVED.
