10:26am What is the rule on a penalty when you are playing ten minute periods? Is the penalty to be served two minutes or one minute - thirty seconds? There are different interpretations of the rule by the referees and other officials.

12:18pm The BTHL rules are very clear, minor penalties are always 2:00 with no exceptions. The confusion has come from the GCYHL rules which call for 1:30 penalties with 10 minute periods.
