Buckeye Travel Hockey League Annual Board Meeting

Tournament 2002-2003 Indianapolis Jr. Ice voiced interest. $155 highest ice fee, 8 pads of ice available. Possible 45-50 games, 81 teams to date. Contact: John Parmelee 812-378-2171

Tournament seeding- standing page at the bottom of each division with a tentative set-up.
Discussion re: period minutes. Rule #2: can adjust minutes/period if both teams agree and sign the same score sheet.
Schedule Procedure- fill in date and times for home games only. Non-league games can be scheduled later. All schedules will be posted on Web site. Please check that all schedules are correct. Web site has the official schedule.
Rosters need to be submitted stamped from USA Hockey. Cannot edit roster once posted online. Can make changes up to 12/31 with addendums.
Team managers-every Monday, send game scores to Arthur including game #, home score, visitor score and any game misconducts. Include non-league games. This can be done (1) on-line (2) e-mail (3) call, last option.
Misconduct- miss league game, also would have to miss next game, even if non-league so could have to sit out 2 games.
# of games- league/non-league status- max 24 game limit. Able to choose any ž games as league games. If not indicated, the 1st 3 games will be considered league games.
2001-2002 tournament hosted at Louisville. Feb 15-16-17 for Squirt, Mite and Midget Farm league. March 1-2-3- for PeeWee and Bantams. (Feb 22-24 GCYHL tournament.)
