The next Board Meeting of the Buckeye Travel League (BTHL) is on Saturday December 9, 2000 at 4:00 p.m. at Mayberry's Bar & Grill. This meeting is being held during Silver Sticks in hopes that many representatives can attend while in town for the Tournament.

are the Minutes from the October conference call. Please review and plan to discuss and approve at the December
meeting.
End
of Season Play-Offs
The
End of Season Play-Offs will be discussed during this meeting. The Play-Offs are being held in Louisville,
KY this year. Mites, Squirts and
Midgets (all levels) will be held the weekend of February 16 - 18, 2001. Pee Wees and Bantams (all levels) will be
held the following weekend, February 23 - 25, 2001. Plan to attend and receive some important information regarding
the play-offs.

On-going
season business will be addressed during this meeting. If you have a particular item you would like
to bring up, send it to one of the board members for inclusion in the Agenda.

During the season, the league sends mailings to each organization
President, BTHL Representative, BTHL Alternate Rep. and organization
address. If changes are needed, please
get them to the Secretary, Kim James.
