BTHL Board,

  Good morning from Indy.  I have a situation I need to bring to the
attention of the BTHL Board.

  We are in the process of fielding a team that we want to place into the
BTHL A division.  We have only one minor issue, there will be 7-2nd year
players on this team.  I have spoken with the coach and he feels that he
will struggle in the A division and will only have a horrible season if we
are forced to place them into the AA groupings.  This team is made up of
mostly in-house / All-star players from last year and was the 5th team
chosen in the central Indiana tryouts.  The IYHA formed their 3 teams first,
we formed our Squirt AA team 4th and this team is last.

  My request:  Please allow the Squirt  team to play as an A team although
we have 7-2nd year players.
