Attendance: JoAnna Blessing, Carolyn Vogel, Sue Burghes, Ken Nagel, Tracy Merritt, Lisa Higgins, Steve Moody, Hugh Miller, Len Holtgreven

New teams approved to the league:
Bowling Green, Ft. Wayne Turners, Huntington, Indy South Stars, Troy-Midget A, Toledo Optomist

PETITIONS REVIEWED:

SQUIRTS

• CCYHA-Columbus 20 players on team, some double roster, Not approved unless drop some player
• Indy Ice- 10 2nd year players, were house, not a lot of experience, 5th choice for some players. Approved.
• Louisville Storm- previous "B" experience-approved
• Evansville-approved
• Columbus, Indiana-approved
• Butler County-small roster, approved
• Cincinnati- has another "AA" team, need to move 3 players. Denied

PEEWEE

• N.Ky- 1 extra player, last year record 3-12-1- approved
• Comets-Ft. Wayne- comparable to house level - approved
• Columbus Star- 3rd pick team, lack speed and skill- approved
• Cincy "A1" - strong team, 7 2nd year playes, could dominant-denied
• Athens- 1-22 season last year- approved
• CCYHA Blue Jackets-approved.
• Columbus Starz-no description of players or skill level. 9, possible 11 2nd year players- denied
• Blue Hawks- most played house-approved
• Evansville-lacks speed-approved

BANTAMS

• Bowling Green-approved
• Butler county-approved
• CCHA-approved
• Columbus, Indiana-forced to play at level and struggled, Bantam A was strong in league, goalie "AAA"-denied.

MIDGET

• Huntington-approved

Attendance:Arthur, Ken, Tracy, Carolyn

81 teams in the league, with 6 new teams

Games schedule to begin at 10:00. Will split into rooms.

John Amber from USA Hockey-Mid Am

1. Has Webmaster contact and encouraged people to write with concerns and suggestions
2. All background checks on the coaches must be completed. All forms are available on Webmaster.
3. E-mail address given…"association.midam"
4. USA roster must be complete and stamped for liability purposes. Insurance will not be covered if not stamped. Contact person in Dayton is Cindy Davis. Suggest if game soon, overnight.

Old Business

1. Reporting score sheets. Template on website, e-mail scores via this template. Hard copies are hard to read. Home team has this responsibility. Request scores reported by Sunday evening.
2. Mid-Am and Buckeye Rules for penalties. Must sit out the next game. Buckeye Rules that the next scheduled game- must sit out.

Year-end Tournament
Cincinnati will host. 2 rinks at the Gardens, Northlands has 1 and 2 rinks at Sports Plus. Will schedule over one weekend, either last in February or the first in March.

Silver Sticks- December 5-8
A and B in Cincinnati and AA in Fort Wayne.

Schedule:

• Leave form with Len before leaving.
• Can list non-league games, a game number will be assigned.
• If league exceed 7 teams, play opponents 3 times. 4th game is optional.
• Max of 24 games.
• Schedule will posted on web-site by Sunday.
• All league games must be scheduled today.
• Review schedule when receive and send e-mail to Len if agree.
