The format for this year's Annual Meeting will be break out meetings Saturday for all members starting at 1:30 PM.

• 8:30 - 9:00 a.m. REGISTRATION
• 9 - 12 noon Listen to speakers at the Coaches Symposium
• Noon - 1:30 p.m. Lunch on your own
• 1:30 p.m. Mark Wilkins with referees with guest speakers
• 1:30 p.m. Yevet Anderson with Girls & Women's Hockey
• 2:15 p.m. Murray Stall / Tom Cline on Adult Behavior
• 2:15 p.m. Kaye Pinkowski / Paul Day on Constitution and Bye- Laws
• 3:00 p.m / 5:00 p.m. Dr Keith Kenitzer on how to run an youth Hockey Association
• 6:30 p.m. Social Hour ( beer, wine and horsedivers)

Sunday is the Annual General Meeting for members of Mid Am Hockey at 10 AM.

STAR (Serving The American Rinks) will have two seminars for rink managers. Topics include Programming for Profitability, Marketing and Promoting in Your Community, and Communication: Improving User Group and Rink Relations. There will be an Open Forum at the end of the day for a round table discussion of issues relating to rinks and Associations. This is an opportunity for a free flowing exchange of ideas. A name and number is provided for you to encourage the attendance of rink operator (Pat Kelleher 800-566-3288 X149).

• In addition to the STAR program, there will be an Workshop on "Developing a growing and successful program" conducted at the Westin Hotel, Saturday, Contact Keith Kenitzer at 502-239-0370.
• Also, if your association hosts a web site, your web master can see the latest technology available for linking the site to USA Hockey's and to work with the upgrades to the USA Hockey web initiative ( Todd Watts at 800-566-3288 X 144).
• Officiating experience with our district ref and chief Mark Wilkins (260-625-6021).
• Cross Ice Hockey Program demonstration of practice and games at the Island Sports Center
• ACE workshop
