All team schedules have been posted. It's now up to the team managers to verify the accuracy. Please send me an email to either confirm or correct the schedule as posted on the website. This is the official schedule.
Also, as you receive your stamped rosters back from USA Hockey please pass them on to your division directors. Do NOT send them to me. Remember we must have this roster on file before your first league game. Rosters which have been submitted will have a number entered in the "USA Roster Id" field when you pull up your roster. Otherwise you'll notice this field to contain something like "NA", "Pending" or "AddPending". Failure to submit this roster on a timely basis may be grounds for game forfeiture.
Report game results to your division director -or- use the online system if possible. Reporting online will save us time and it would be greatly appreciated if you (or someone on your team) could use this system. Please note that we do not wait for scoresheets to post results. We would like results reported Sunday evening or, at the latest, on Monday morning. Scoresheets are to then be mailed to your division director on a weekly basis. You will find the address for them on the Contacts page.
Game misconducts and other suspsensions are to be reported by both the visiting and home teams via email. When a game suspension has been issued we would like the scoresheet faxed immediately. (Do not fax other scoresheets, those are to be mailed as mentioned above.)
