As indicated on the Team Application Form, our scheduling meeting will be held on Saturday, September 13. It will be at the same location as the last several years and we will start PROMPTLY at 10:00am. PLEASE arrive at least 15 minutes early. It will take you that long to find a seat and get settled. Remember, every team MUST have a representative present at the meeting. All age groups/divisions schedule simultaneously and attempting to schedule multiple teams will unnecessarily prolong the process. Keep in mind that we're all volunteers and would appreciate your cooperation and respect of our time.
In addition, as in previous years, we will be holding a Board Meeting at 9:00am to cover last minute issues. All are welcome to attend and observe the meeting.
As an added note, please get your applications in ASAP. You don't have to wait until the deadline to submit an application and I would appreciate the extra time to spread out the preparation work. With the GCYHL merger we are projecting approximately 150 teams this year and the added entry work will be substantial.
