The BTHL Annual Meeting has been scheduled for 10:00am on Saturday May 22 @ HARA Arena in Dayton (see map).
The meeting will be in the PUB and the entrance is through the long row of glass doors in the front near the left (west) end of the building. After going through the door(s), you will see a door just before the gates on the left side. That is the entrance.
We will be voting on rule changes (as defined in our rules meeting) and officers for the upcoming 2004-05 season. You can check out the Meeting Minutes for additional information. Everyone is invited to attend but please note that only official Association Reps (see list on "Contact" page) will be eligible to vote.
Voting items will include:
In addition to the rules, we need to replace our President and Vice-President, both positions will be open at the conclusion of this meeting. Please consider volunteering for these positions, we need to fill them both before our scheduling meeting in September. If you have any questions about the responsibilities there is a brief job description included in our Code of Regulations or feel free to contact our current President Neil DeFevers, he would be happy to fill you in.

There will be a meeting this Saturday, May 1, to go over proposed rule changes and/or clarifications for the upcoming season. We will be meeting at 10:00am in the HARA Conference Center; all interested parties are invited to attend. Use the entrance at the front of the building with the maroon canopy (it says HARA) over the door. The room is just inside the glass doors.
Some of the more significant items on the agenda include:
If you have some thoughts on these (or any other) issues but cannot attend the meeting please send me an email ( Len@HoltgrevenScale.com ) and I'll make it available to those in attendance. Please indicate whether you're views represent the official position of an association or whether you're simply expressing a personal opinion.
I will be posting the proposed changes (as finalized in this meeting) on the website and we will vote to accept or decline these changes at our Annual Meeting which has been tentatively scheduled for Saturday, May 22. If you'd like to get involved and have a voice in the shaping of your league, please plan to attend. We're always in need of additional volunteers and your help would be greatly appreciated.
