Please note that team applications are due this week. In order to be considered "on time", they MUST be postmarked by this Saturday, September 2. We will continue to accept applications through the following Saturday but, as noted on the application, there will be a $50/team penalty assessed.
In addition, please include a list of players including birth dates. If your team is currently included on the "Prospective Team List", you can also enter your roster directly via the website. Go to the "Standings" page, click on your team and at the top of the resulting schedule you'll find a link to your roster. Click on that link and then click on the [Edit Roster] button at the bottom of the resulting page. If this is your first edit attempt you will be presented with a "Password Request" form - fill it out and submit it. You will then be able to maintain your roster until we've received and verified your official USA Hockey Roster.
