If you ever thought that you wanted to become an on-ice hockey official, the seminar for new officials has been scheduled. The seminar will be held on Sunday September 24th at Sports Plus in Cincinnati. This seminar is for new officials and will give all attendees the basic information required to start their officiating careers. If you are interested go to www.midamref.org and select seminars from the left side of the page. Locate the seminar in Cincinnati on September 24th and fill out the necessary information. Educational materials will be provided for pre-registered officials so if you do not register and walk up on the day of the seminar there is no guarantee that you will get the appropriate learning materials. The seminar coordinator's contact information will be provided for you when you register.
