Notes:

  1. Will be single team, just not sure which division it will play in.
  2. Starting with the 2003-04 season, the BTHL has adopted a Team Placement Chart. The number of 2nd year players permitted varies depending on the size of your association (Small-Medium-Large) and the order in which your team has been selected. In other words; is this the 1st, 2nd or 3rd team picked for this age group within your organization?
  3. There must be a minimum of 4 teams to form a division. Refer to Code of Regulations: League Structure
  4. League games are limited to a maximum of 24. Refer to Code of Regulations: Games. Please note that there is no limit to the number of non-league games which can be scheduled. ie: Teams are free to schedule as many (or few) "cross-division/bracket" games as desired.
  5. In an effort to minimize "extreme" ( > 3hrs ) travel distances, geographic sub-divisions will be considered in multiples of between 5 and 9 teams. Note that divisions will NOT be split if it results in less than 5 teams in a group and any division with 10 or more teams will ALWAYS be divided. 7 teams is considered to be the "ideal" division size since this will result in the maximum number of league games (24) and an equal number of home and away games versus each opponent.
  6. Conditionally approved. Teams from this association will be permitted to participate in the league ONLY if a division can be formed with no more than a maximum of 200 miles between teams.
  7. This Association is not currently a member of the BTHL and must be formally accepted by a vote of the membership.
  8. Check received, need application.
  9. Application received, need check.
  10. Partial payment received, there is a balance due for this team.
  11. Late fee not paid.
  12. Too many 2nd year players for division applied for. Team has been moved to proper division while waiting for team decision.
  13. Too many 2nd year players on submitted roster. Team has indicated roster is in error, waiting for correction.
  14. Will join ONLY if there are 2 divisions split geographically.
  15. Bold print indicates CHECK and/or APPLICATION RECEIVED.
