Slate of officers approved. Please note we need a Secretary, Squirt Director, Two Midget Directors and possibly a Mite Director. Please check within your Organizations to see if anyone will step up and take those positions. Age division Directors are very important for the success of the league.



Rule changes

    • Butler County to small org.
    • Size ranking for Organizations no longer needed
  3. Requirements for players to participate in tournament (1/2 of games, 10, ?)
    • All players must play in no less than half of their teams regular season Buckeye League games to be eligible for year end tournament. All double rostered players may play for both teams in the year end tournament providing they participate in half of each teams league games they are rostered with. Coaches must be diligent in crossing off players not particpating in each game. Coaches and Managers must bring to the year-end tournament ALL SCORESHEETS for ALL LEAGUE GAMES. Must also have final roster available.

  5. Pre-season Tournament for seeding teams to replace the placement chart.
    • Pre-season tournament was voted on and was approved for 2007-2008 season. Please see Competition Committee Report. Please note the important dates at the end.


New organizations

  1. Owensboro Youth Hockey
    • Owensboro was approved as a new Org. with recommendation they have ice available for two league games in one day.
