From Rt. 275 (East side)
- Take Rt. 32 East.
- Just past Jasper Take Rt. 23 South.
- In Portsmouth take Rt. 52 South.
- Follow Rt. 52 until the main road ends, turn RIGHT over the Ohio River.
- When you cross the bridge, you are on 5th Avenue. Turn RIGHT onto 28th Street. (Super America and Big Bear)
The Tri-State Arena is straight ahead, their name is on the awning.
